Peach, unpeeled, raw

Small stone fruit with a reddish/orange furry skin and orange flesh.

The majority of nutrients were derived from cultivars purchased in Sydney during 1981/82. Data was weighted based on market share (0.5x JH, 0.2x Hale, 0.2x Halehaven, 0.2x Blackburn, 0.1x Redhaven) (Wills et al. 1983). Other nutrients were derived from different cultivars grown in Australia and analysed in 1998, 2000, 2002 and as part of the 19th ATDS. I, Se, Cr, No and Ni were determined in 10 samples purchased in December 2004 in NT, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC (22nd ATDS). Retinol, cholesterol and fatty acids were imputed based on international literature.
