Pawpaw (papaya), peeled, raw
The majority of nutrients were derived from samples of orange fleshed paw paw, purchased when in season, from 5 outlets in Sydney during 1983/84 (Wills et al 1986). Retinol, cholesterol and fatty acids were imputed based on international literature.
