Omelette, chicken, Chinese restaurant-style

Egg, chicken, bean sprouts and other vegetables such as peas, with sauce. Purchased ready-to-eat from Chinese restaurants.

The majority of nutrients were derived from a composite of between 3-10 samples purchased from different Chinese restaurants in Sydney in around 1981. Fibre, Cu, Mn, P, Zn and vitamins were derived from a composite sample purchased in Sydney in 1991.
