Mulberry, raw

Glossy dark red to black coloured berry with sweet juicy flavour.

The majority of nutrients were derived from a composite of 5 samples purchased from 5 retail outlets in Sydney (Wills et al. 1984). P and folate were borrowed from UK 5th edition, record 14-168. Retinol, cholesterol and fatty acids were imputed based on international literature.
