Milk, cow, fluid, flavoured, coffee, regular fat
The majority of proximates, vitamins and minerals were prepared for AUSNUT 1999 based on a recipe of 91.5% full fat milk and 9.5% coffee flavouring. Fatty acids and folate were imputed regular full fat milk. Caffeine was averaged from 9 samples of full and reduced fat coffee flavoured milk (Nippy's, 2x Pura, 2x Farmers Union, Big M, Dairy Farmers, 2x Parmalat) purchased in Melbourne in 2002 (Caffeine Analysis Program, 2002). Iodine was imputed from chocolate flavoured milk.
