Milk, cow, fluid, flavoured, chocolate, regular fat
Most proximates, Ca, P and K are averaged from 2 programs: (1) analysis of samples of full fat chocolate milk in 1990 (Australian Dairy Corporation, 1999); (2) analysis of a composite sample of 6 purchases of full fat chocolate milk (4x Moove, 2x Big M, 1x Cadbury, 1x Pura) in Melbourne in 2005 (Australian Iodine Program, 2006). B1, B2, BCAR, Cu, Fe, Mg, Mn, protein, retinol and Zn were determined in the ADC analysis only. Fibre, ash, I and Na were determined in the AIP only. Fatty acids and folate were imputed from unflavoured full fat milk. Caffeine was averaged from 9 samples of flavoured milk (Pura, Big M, Cadbury, Dare, Rush, Just Natural, Sustagen, Breaka, Nippys, Sanitarium chocolate flavoured soy milk) purchased in Melbourne in 2002 (Caffeine Analysis Program, 2002). Vit C was imputed.
