Prepared by evaporating ~60% of the water content of skim cows milk prior to sterilisation. Supplied with a fat content <0.5%. Canned.

Proximates, vitamins and minerals are from 2 analyses in 1986/90 by AGAL (1: composite of 6 varieties- 6x Carnation- from Australia, purchased in South Australia; 2: composite of 6 varieties- 6x Carnation- from Australia, purchased from 5 outlets in South Australia). Dietary Fibre was imputed. Fatty acid profile is for milk, butter, etc. (ADC 1991), as per NUTTAB95.
