Egg-shaped balls, typically containing bulgur, meat and pine nuts, then deep-fried, as served in Lebanese restaurants.

Proximates and minerals were derived from a composite of 4 samples of fried kibbi purchased from Lebanese restaurants in Sydney. Vitamins and minerals were also derived from a composite of 4 samples of fried kibbi purchased from Lebanese restaurants located in Sydney in 1991.
