Kiwifruit, gold, peeled, raw
The majority of nutrients were derived from a composite of 80 fruits from 8 growers selected when in season and stored for 14 or 20 weeks prior to analysis in New Zealand during 2003 (Taylor et al 2004). Retinol, cholesterol and vitamin B12 were imputed zero based on international literature. Note that the sum of fatty acids does not equal 100% and there may be fatty acids present that have not been reported.
