Ice cream, with fruit based ice confection, various flavours
The majority of nutrients were derived from a composite sample of 8 purchases of ice confections (2x Weiss mango bar, 2x Weiss tropical bar, 2x Weiss Tropico with macadamia nuts, 2xS treets Boomy) in Adelaide in 1995. Iodine and folate were estimated from vanilla ice cream. Fatty acids were imputed from other dairy foods.
