A composite sample of 6 products of garlic roll was also analysed by AGAL in 1989. Brands analysed included 1x Chapmans (garlic fritz), 2x Dandy (garlic fritz), 1x Watsonia (garlic), 1x Woolworths (garlic flavoured luncheon), 1x Homebrand (garlic flavoured luncheon). I, Ca, Na and K were also derived from a composite sample of 8 luncheon meats, purchased in Melbourne in 2006.
