Sugars, fatty acids and vitamins and minerals were derived from a composite sample of 4 brands of flour (2x Black and Gold, 2x Lions, 2xWhite Wings and 2xGolden Crusts) purchased in Adelaide (AGAL 1987 - cereal and cereal products). Ca, Cl, Se and S were derived from a composite sample of 4 brands flour (2x Savings, 2x Farmland, 2x Lion and 2x White wings) purchased in Adelaide (1993 cereal catch up program). Retinol and cholesterol were imputed zero.
