The majority of nutrients were derived from a composite sample of 3 brands of rice flour (2x Healtheries NZ, 2x McKenzies AUST, & 2x Sanitarium Aust) (AGAL:1987 Food comp program - Cereal products). Dietary fibre, Cl, Se, S, F, ATOC, pyridoxine, pantothenate and biotin were derived from a composite sample of 4 brands of rice flour (4x McKenzies, 1x Sungrown, 2x Gaganis Bros and 1x Healthy Life) purchased in Adelaide (1993 cereal catch-up program).
