Fish, in sweet & sour sauce with vegetables, Chinese restaurant-style

Fish pieces in batter, with pineapple, carrot, onion and capsicum, in a sweet and sour flavoured sauce, as served in Chinese restaurants.

The majority of nutrients were derived from a composite of 10 samples purchased from 10 Sydney suburbs, across socioeconomic range in around 1980. B1, B2, B3, vitamin C, retinol, Mn, Cu, P and fibre were derived from a composite of 4 samples purchased in Sydney in 1991.
