Fat rendered from the meat, muscles and bones of beef.

The majority of nutrients were derived from a composite sample of 3 purchases of beef dripping (Chapmans, Castle). Sugars, starch, total carbohydrate, dietary fibre and vitamin C were imputed, based on international literature.
