Chicken, nugget, purchased from takeaway chain, grilled
Fat, iodine, sodium and fatty acids were determined in 4 individual samples of grilled chicken nuggets purchased from takeaway chain outlets in NSW and SA in 2009 (2008 TFA survey). Moisture, protein, starch, dietary fibre, ash and sugars were imputed from baked chicken nuggets. Nutrients adjusted to account for differences in fat content.
