Proximates, sugars, fatty acids, vitamins and minerals were derived from a composite sample of 6 homemade chocolate cakes (made from various brands of self raising flour, butter, sugar, eggs, milk and cocoa) made in Adelaide (1988 - AGAL - Cakes and Dairy/Cereal Products). Caffeine was derived from the 2002 Caffeine analysis program.
