Sugars, fatty acids and some minerals were derived from a composite sample of 2 brands of biscuits (Cookie Man Fruit & Nut and Westons Village Bakery Sultana & Hazelnut) purchased in Sydney (1989 - UNSW - Sweet and Savoury Biscuits). Sugars, fatty acids, vitamins and minerals were also derived from a composite sample of 2 brands of biscuits (3x Cookie Man Fruit & Nut and 3x Nabisco Fruit & Nut) purchased in Adelaide (1988 - AGAL - Sweet Biscuit Program).
