Biscuit, sweet, with dried fruit
Sugar, fatty acids and some minerals were derived from a composite sample of 3 types of biscuits (Cookie Man dried fruit varieties, Westons Rich tea and Village Bakery Oatmeal & Raisin) purchased in Sydney (1989 - UNSW - Sweet and Savoury Biscuits). Sugars, fatty acids and some vitamins and minerals were also derived from a composite sample of biscuits (2x Nabisco Oatmeal Sultana Cookies, 2x Westons Rich Tea and 2x Cookie Man Raisin Shortbread) purchased in Adelaide (1988 - AGAL - Sweet Biscuit Program).
