Commercially prepared cracker long and cylindrical in shape made from white wheat flour with added fat and sprinkled with salt.

Na, I, fat and fatty acids were derived from 1 individual sample of grissini sticks (1x Always) purchased in NSW in 2009 (2008 TFA program). Protein, starch and sugars were an average of 4 grissini label values available in 2010. Dietary fibre and ash were imputed from savoury biscuit, from white flour. Moisture was calculated by difference. Cholesterol imputed zero.
