Beef, mince, regular, dried fried (2006)

Minced beef supplied with a fat content of around 11%, cooked by frying without added fat. Includes minced beef labelled as regular or three star.

Proximates, vitamins, minerals, fatty acids and tryptophan are from either individual or composite analyses of 10 samples of regular minced beef purchased nationally from 10 supermarkets/butchers in 2006 (Key Foods Program, 2006). Fibre and vitamin D are imputed zero.
