Cooks in Tallow (rendered beef fat)

 

We unashamedly use tallow because it is far less processed than the so called “heart healthy” oils that are actually often chemically extracted, bleached, deodorised and hydrogenated for commercial use. Besides that as a by-product it is more environmentally sustainable and we think it simply tastes better!
