Veal, heart, baked

Lean heart muscle trimmed of fat and vessels, baked in foil.

The majority of nutrients were derived from five samples collected in Sydney. The ratio of purchase was 2:1 butchers shop to supermarket. The samples were cooked after removing the inedible parts. Sugars and fibre were imputed zero.
