Trout, rainbow, aquacultured, raw

Uncooked pieces of rainbow trout (including some skin), produced in Australia by aquaculture.

Metals were derived from 12 individual samples purchased from retail and wholesale outlets in Vic, NSW, SA and WA from April to June 2005. Proximates and fatty acids were derived from 3 composite samples prepared as part of the same program. Carbohydrates, fibre and vitamin C were imputed.
