Cooked according to label directions (AGAL 1987 - Seafood and Products, Cereals). Nutrients also derived from a composite sample of 2 brands of tapioca (4x Anchor and 4x McKenzie - seeded and pearl) purchased from Adelaide. Vitamin C content imputed based on international literature. Note low sum of proximates - data should be used with caution.
