Soup, tomato, condensed, canned
Proximates, vitamins and minerals were derived from 8 samples of condensed tomato soup (3x Heinz, 2x Rosella, 2x Campbells and 1x PMU) purchased from Adelaide supermarkets in 1990 (AGAL, 1990). Fatty acids were imputed from polyunsaturated blended vegetable oil. Cholesterol was imputed zero based on scientific literature.
