Soup, cream variety, prepared from dry mix with water

Cream variety of soup prepared from a dry soup mix mixed with boiling tap water according to packet instructions.

Proximates, vitamins and minerals were derived from a composite of 6 samples (2x Creamy Celery, 2x Mushroom and 2x Chicken) of Continental brand cream dry soup mix purchased from Adelaide supermarket in 1990 (AGAL, 1990). The dry mix samples were prepared by adding boiling water according to the label instructions.
