Freshly prepared soup containing chicken stock with rice vermicelli, chicken and shallots, as served in the Vietnamese style restaurants.

Proximates, vitamins and minerals were derived from a composite of 3 samples of Chicken Vermicelli soup purchased across central, eastern and western suburbs of Sydney in 1991 (AGAL, 1991).
