The majority of nutrients including proximates, vitamins and minerals were derived from a composite of 8 samples (4x Continental and 4x Country Cup chicken and vegetable (4 each x Chinese Chicken/ Sweet Corn and Classic Chicken & Corn) purchased from Melbourne and ACT supermarkets in 2002 and analysed in 2 stages over one year period (FSANZ, Food Comp. Project, 2002).
