Sausage, Lebanese restaurant-style

Sausage made from minced lamb, shallots, wine and herbs, as served in Lebanese restaurants.

The majority of nutrients including proximates, vitamins and minerals were derived from a composite of 3 Lebanese sausages purchased from restaurants in Sydney in the early 1990s (Ethnic Foods Program). Some nutrients were also derived from a composite of 8 samples of sausages purchased from 3 Lebanese restaurants in Sydney in the early 1980s.
