Prawn, sweet & sour sauce, Chinese restaurant-style

Prawns, pineapple, carrot, onion and capsicum, in a sweet and tangy sauce, as served in Chinese restaurants.

The majority of nutrients were derived from a composite of 10 samples purchased in 10 Sydney suburbs across socioeconomic range in around 1981. Vitamins, fibre, Cu, Mn and P were derived from a composite of 5 samples purchased in Sydney in 1987 and a composite of 3 samples purchased in Sydney in 1991.
