Prawns and vegetables such as cabbage, bean sprouts or broccoli, in sauce, with noodles as served in Chinese restaurants.

The majority of nutrients were derived from a composite of 6 samples purchased in Sydney suburbs across socioeconomic range in around 1981. Vitamins, fibre, Cu, Mn and P were derived from a composite of 5 samples purchased in Sydney in 1987 and a composite of 3 samples purchased in 1991.
