Pork, loin chop, semi-trimmed, dry-fried

Cooked pork from the lumbar part of the loin, cooked by grilling. Majority of fat is removed after cooking but a small amount (5% of edible portion) remains.

Nutrients have been calculated by combining values in separable lean (95 x 08A30329) and separable fat (5 x 08A30337) records in proportions found in an average sample of loin chop.
