Raw pork from the hind portion of the carcase, as purchased without the removal of internal and external separable fat.

Nutrients have been calculated by combining values in the separable lean (82.76 x 08A30389) and separable fat (17.24 x 08A30390) in the proportions found in an average sample of pork leg roast.
