Pie, savoury, meat, commercial, party size
Proximates (except dietary fibre), fatty acids, Na, K, Ca, Fe, Zn and Mg were derived from 3 samples (Woolworths, Wedgwood and Adams) purchased in Sydney frozen and heated by the laboratory (Wills et al. 1981). Moisture, Cl, S, F, Se, ATOC, B6, pantothenate and biotin were derived from a composite of 8 samples (2x BiLo, 2x Adams, 2x Gibbs and 2x Wedgewood) purchased in Adelaide frozen and heated by the laboratory (AGAL 1993). B1, B2, B3, RET, ACAR, BCAR and VITC were derived from a composite of 10 samples purchased from bakeries and supermarkets in Sydney during 1983 (Wills et al. 1985). As, Cd, Cu, Hg, Pb, Zn, Sb, Se and Sn were derived from the 19th ATDS. Cr, I, Mo, Se and Ni were derived from a composite of 6 samples collected in SA, NSW and Vic in August 2004 (22nd ATDS). Dietary Fibre is imputed. Note low sum of proximates - data should be used with caution.
