Sugars, proximates, vitamins and minerals were derived from a composite sample of at least 3 brands (Latina, San Remo and Leggos) of fresh pasta in 1994 (1994 NFA). Fatty acids were determined in one purchase of fresh egg pasta purchased in Sydney in 2005.
