The majority of nutrients were derived from a composite of 10 samples purchased in Sydney restaurants and retail outlets in 1982. B1, B2, B3, C, retinol, cryptoxanthin, Mn, Cu & P were derived from a composite of 4 samples purchased in Sydney restaurants in 1991.
