Orange, navel (washington), peeled, raw
The majority of nutrients were derived from 5 samples of Washington navel oranges purchased from various outlets in Sydney in June during 1983/84 (Wills et al, 1985). I, Se, Cr, Ni and Mo were determined in 10 samples of commonly available oranges purchased in November 2004 in ACT, NSW, SA, WA & Tas (22nd ATDS). Retinol, cholesterol, fatty acids and lactic, oxalic and quinic acids were imputed based on international literature.
