Oil, blend of polyunsaturated vegetable oils

Edible oil composed of a mixture, or blend, of various polyunsaturated vegetable oils. Oil may contain antioxidant.

I, Na, fat and fatty acids were derived from an individual sample of polyunsaturated vegetable oil (1x Coles Smart) purchased in NSW in 2009 (2008 TFA Program). Proximates, vitamins and minerals were derived from a composite sample of 5 brands of polyunsaturated vegetable oil (2x Meadow Lea, 1x Crisco, 1x Sunbeam, 1x No Frills and 1x unspecified) purchased in South Australia in 1990. Trace metal values were derived from samples purchased in NSW, TAS and QLD in 1998 (19th ATDS). Values for protein, retinol, cholesterol, vitamin C and total carbohydrate were imputed based on international literature.
