Na, I, fat and fatty acids were derived from 5 individual samples of fried noodles with added vegetables purchased from takeaway outlets in NSW and SA in 2009 (2008 TFA program). Moisture, protein, starch, sugar, dietary fibre and ash imputed from AUSNUT 2007 record for stir-fried noodles with vegetables.
