Commercially prepared cake style muffin with added fruit, formulated to be reduced in fat, as purchased in bakeries and coffee shops.

Na, iodine, fat and fatty acids were determined in 1 individual sample of reduced fat fruit muffins purchased in NSW in 2009 (2008 TFA program). Moisture, protein, starch, dietary fibre, ash and sugars were imputed from regular cake style fruit muffin. Nutrients adjusted to account for differences in fat content.
