Milk, rice, fluid, regular fat, added calcium

Rice milk is a grain milk used as a substitute for cow’s milk. It is mostly made from brown rice and contains added calcium.

The majority of nutrients, including proximates, vitamins, minerals and fatty acids, were derived from a composite samples of 3 types of rice milks (4x Australia's Own Organic rice milk, 4x Pureharvest Aussie Dream Organic rice milk, 4x Pure Harvest Rice Milk), purchased from supermarkets in ACT in 2010 (2010 Beverages enriched with seaweed program). Cholesterol imputed zero.
