Milk, cow, fluid, skim (~0.15% fat), added milk solids

Australian produced cows skim milk to which extra milk solids are added to increase calcium and protein content.

The majority of nutrients were imputed from regular skim milk. Calcium, lactose and protein contents were adjusted to reflect label information for products available in 2010. Moisture value is estimated from skim milk taking into account the increased lactose and protein values.
