Milk, cow, fluid, flavoured, chocolate, reduced fat
The majority of nutrients were derived from 7 samples of reduced fat chocolate milk analysed in 1990 (Australian Dairy Corporation, 1999). Ash, fatty acids and folate were imputed from reduced fat unflavoured milk. Caffeine was averaged from 9 samples of flavoured milk (Pura, Big M, Cadbury, Dare, Just Natural, Sustagen, Nippy's, Rush, Breaka) purchased in Melbourne in 2002 (Caffeine Analysis Program, 2002). Vitamin C, fibre and starch were imputed.
