A reduced fat edible oil spread containing approximately 50% monounsaturated oils including canola oil, olive oil or blends of monounsaturated oils. Regular salt content. Contains added vitamins A and D.

Na, I, fat and fatty acids were derived from 3 individual samples of reduced fat monounsaturated margarine spread (1x Tableland and 2x Eta 5 Star) purchased in NSW in 2009 (2008 TFA program). Vitamin D is an average of analytical data available for margarine spreads from the 2006 and 2008 key foods programs. Cholesterol imputed zero.
