Mandarin (imperial), peeled, raw

Citrus fruit with an orange peel and flesh. Imperial cultivar of mandarin.

The majority of nutrients were derived from samples collected in June 1984 from various outlets in Sydney (Wills et al, 1985). Tocopherols, some minerals, pantothenate and folate were derived from 10 samples purchased in Melbourne in August 2000 (AGAL 2000). Retinol, cholesterol and fatty acids were imputed based on international literature.
