Lemon, peeled, raw

Tart citrus fruit, with a yellow rind and pulp.

The majority of nutrients were derived from 9 samples of lemons purchased in Sydney at monthly intervals during 1983/84 (Wills et al, 1985) . Folate was borrowed from USDA. Retinol, cholesterol and fatty acids were imputed based on international literature.
