Lamb, heart, baked

Lean heart muscle from a lamb, trimmed of fat and vessels, then baked in foil.

The majority of nutrients were derived from eight samples collected from Sydney suburbs across the socioeconomic scale. The ratio of purchase was 2:1 butchers shop to supermarket. Sugars and fibre were imputed zero.
