Lamb, diced, fully-trimmed, dry fried
Cooked lamb, purchased diced and likely to be from various regions of the carcase. Dry fried for 3-5 minutes with no added fat. Lean muscle meat with some inseparable internal fat. All possible internal and external separable fat removed after cooking.
Nutrient values have been calculated by combining values in the separable lean (99.2 x 08A20529) and separable fat (0.8 x 08A20641) records in the proportions found in an average sample of dry fried lean diced lamb.
