Raw lamb from the three most common cuts used for barbecuing, grilling and frying including french cutlet, loin chop and forequarter chop. Lean muscle meat with internal fat. Majority of external fat removed.

Nutrients have been calculated by combining equal proportions of the most frequently used barbecue, grilling and frying cuts (french cutlet, loin chop and forequarter chop) in their semi-trimmed state.
